What is it?

PlaqueOff™ is a completely natural product.  Each pot contains granules of a special type of seaweed that has been shown to be beneficial in preventing the build up of plaque and tartar in both humans and animals. ProDen PlaqueOff™ Animal works systemically - i.e. through the blood stream. It is thought to affect the ability of plaque to ‘stick’ to surfaces in the mouth and softens hard tartar deposits. Improvements should start to be seen in approximately 3 to 8 weeks, although it can take longer in some cases.

It is safe?

There are no known side-effects. PlaqueOff™ is rich in vitamins, minerals and natural iodine and is free from artificial colours, preservatives, gluten and sugar.

Are there any pets that should not be given it?

Due to the rich iodine content, this product may not be suitable for animals undergoing thyroid treatment and should not be given to those suffering from hyperthyroidism.  And, because it has not been tested on pregnant or lactating bitches, avoid feeding it to bitches during pregnancy and until after the puppies have been weaned.  If you have any doubts or worries about your pet’s health, then consult your veterinary professional before beginning to use this product.

Is it expensive?

PlaqueOff™ is very economical to use, because it is fed in tiny amounts daily. The smallest size 60g pot should last a small dog or cat, weighing up to 10kg,  approximately a year, a medium dog (10kg – 25kg) around six months and a large dog (over 25 kg) about three months.
